Equilibium defines digital procurement as the application of "disruptive" technologies that enable strategic sourcing, known as S2C, to become predictive, transactional procurement, known as P2P, to become automated, and Supplier Chain Risk Management (SCRM) to become proactive and integrated into the full commercial lifecycle.

 

At Equilibium we have in-house experts who work on advisory retainers, and we also find and place subject matter experts for longer term procurement support particularly to complex or Defence engagements.
