Communications and Engagement Delivery

 

Equilibium defines this as procedures that are performed by Equilibium supplied subject matter experts to deliver a communication and engagement plan. The plan is a written document that describes, in no particular order:

 

• Who needs to be communicated and engaged with.
   

• Who will it be from.
   

• Who is the authority.
   

• What do they need to know.
   

• How does it affect/effect them.
   

• What do you want them to do with the information.
   

• When does the communication and engagement need to occur.
   

• The overall purpose and goal of communication needs to be transparent and easily understood.
   

• The communication and engagement method to be used.
   

• How often will communicates happen and in what form.
   

• Who will communicate with the audiences identified for additional questions.
