The MAA will conduct business modelling, deal structuring and price guidance in order to identify the strategic benefits regarding the target company utilising M&A consultants, legal SMEs and appointed actuarial teams who provide expertise throughout the process of the business merger or buyout by providing industry recognised support systems.

Mergers and Acquisition Incubator Projects

 

Equilibium defines this as procedures that are performed by Equilibriium supplied subject matter experts that put "the M&A deal" into an incubator model for transition over an agreed term and will assist the buying business with the transition of business including, but not limited to, adoption and transition to shared services to improve operational integration cost savings and efficiencies.

 

The ultimate outcome of the incubator is to realise the return on investment and assure shareholders of sufficient governance.
