Equilibrium is involved in the provision of these systems for the delivery of groundwater based town water systems for towns and cities in and around Australia as well as internationally.  The systems are based on intellectual property controlled by the Delegate River Partnership Group, a think tank and strong consortium of like minded retired and semi-retired business and technical specialists. All proposals are based on individual Feasibility Studies, done in conjunction with GHD Pty Ltd and DRPG.

This is a representation of a reticulated groundwater system. The Snowy Hydro system operates on a similar basis. CSIRO Research was done in 1999 by Peter Cook in conjunction with Andrew Love of the SA Dept of Primary Industry & Resources and the Centre for Groundwater Studies.
